If you’re thinking about buying ProstaVive, you might want to think again. In this review of ProstaVive I’ll be going over whether or not I think it will actually work, why it’s massively overpriced, and some other red flags I found during my investigation of this supplement.
But let’s first go over the basics.
What Is ProstaVive?
- Product: ProstaVive
- Type: Prostate health supplement
- Maker: More on this (it’s confusing)
- Price: Too much (more on this)
In short, ProstaVive is a prostate supplement that’s also being promoted for overall health and wellbeing. It’s an overpriced product that has dubious origins and, while it may have some health benefits, is likely way overhyped.
Of course, much of this is my opinion. But keep reading to see what I was able to find out during my investigation here.
The pitch:
It seems that this product is being promoted for its “unique formula” and that it is said that it “supports your circulatory system as well as your prostate and sexual health”, similar to AlphaViril and Erectify Ultra that I’ve reviewed in the past.
How does it do this? Well, one of the main selling points here seems to be that it helps to increase blood flow, which in turn means that your cells are getting more oxygen and that this will improve just about every health issue you have.
To start off, let’s take a look at the ingredients it has.
Will its ingredients do anything for you?
I don’t want to spend too much time on the ingredients here because, while from a first glance I see many that should provide health benefits in this area, we don’t know the quality of these ingredients and.. well.. quality really matters.
The fact is, as you’ll see, this ProstaVive brand doesn’t really have any reputation and the company behind it is.. well.. we don’t know too much.
Out of the herbs in this supplement, nettle root stands out the most for its potential to help with prostate health. It’s thought to inhibit the conversion of testosterone into DHT, which has been linked to enlarged prostates (and is also thought to help fight male pattern baldness by the way).
Most of the other herbs, although high in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties which can be a benefit to pretty much any area of health, don’t have any direct prostate-linked health studies. That said, they still can be of benefit and many are ‘superfoods’ that are thought to increase blood flow… which would match up with the marketing claims for this product.
Then we have ingredients like boron, which serves more for its detoxification properties rather than what they’re providing to your body, and vitamins/minerals to help improve health overall.
Overall, the ingredients seem to be decent at the least – attacking health problems from many angles.
This is nice to see, but still, we don’t know anything about the sourcing of these ingredients. Where do they get them? How good of quality are they?
We have no idea. And my guess is that they probably aren’t the best quality.
Overpriced? I think so..
1 bottle for $79? That’s a 30-day supply.
Is this a joke?
But, of course, you can get 6 bottles for $234, which makes it $39 a bottle.
This is more on par with a product like this, but is still massively overpriced as I’ll explain.
Why is it overpriced?
Well, because I was doing some digging and I found out that people promoting ProstaVive are earning 75% commissions minimum (going up to 80%)!
What this means is that, if you buy that 6-bottle package for $234, someone is probably earning a $175.5 commission from that sale!
Think about it. How did you come across this product in the first place?
There are so many people spamming the internet and promoting it all over, creating ads for it and whatnot, so that they can earn 75-80% commissions from helping make sales.
So, if they are able to earn $175.5 from a $234 sale, then what’s left over?
What’s left over is $58.5.
And THIS is what the company behind it all actually pockets.
This goes to show how overpriced it actually is if the company can afford to pay people 80% commissions to promote it. And this explains why everyone is trying to promote it… because it pays a lot.
You’re better off looking for a different product that isn’t being promoted like crazy that has some of the same ingredients.
And not only is the price ridiculous, but there are some other red flags I came across that you’ll want to see.
Other red flags
While digging around for anything I could find on this product, I searched the return address in Google, which is listed as:
- 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, United States
There are two interesting things that I found after searching for this address.
First, I found that there’s another nutrition company linked to this same spot. It’s called JetPack Nutrition.
While I can’t prove that it’s connected to ProstaVive, the fact that it’s a nutrition company and it’s at the same address is a bit of a red flag… considering reviews like this calling it a “SCAM!”..
The other thing I found is that this address is also shared by ClickNutra.com.
Now, what the Dickens is ClickNutra.com?
Well, it’s a company that basically manufactures nutrition products for other people and takes care of the shipping and all. This way, someone can design a supplement and tell ClickNutra what they want in it and ClickNutra will do all the rest, as shown here..
What seems to be going on is that the people behind this ProstaVive product just went about creating the product through ClickNutra.
This is probably the same thing that happened with that JetPack Nutrition company mentioned above.
Why is this a red flag?
For me, this shows that ProstaVive was a product that was thrown into the market without much real investment from the company/person(s) behind it. There is no real company behind it with a solid reputation. It was just the creation of someone or some entity that wanted to get a product out and probably wanted to make as much money as fast as possible… by the looks of the commissions they’re paying to promoters.
I’m not sure about you, but this isn’t the type of product I’d look to purchase.
This said, the refund policy is surprisingly forgiving.
How about refunds?
They say they have a 100% money-back guarantee.
Not only this, but they claim they’ll refund you for bottles you’ve already used!.. if you don’t think they worked.
How is this possible?
Well, I haven’t attempted to actually get a refund for the product, but what I can say is that you can’t always take what you see at face value.
There’s a good chance that you’ll have to jump through some hoops to get that refund.. if you ever get it.
I’m not saying that this will happen. But I have seen it happen many many times with products like this.
This said, from a first glance the refund policy looks very good. Too good maybe.
Conclusion – Worth a try?
Look, I always suggest that my readers make their own decisions. This said, I certainly wouldn’t purchase this supplement myself.
It seems to me that it’s become so popular because of people promoting it to try to earn money. Remember, they’re paying out up to 80% commissions! This is why it’s become so popular online, not because real customers are leaving exceptional reviews ranting and raving over how good it is.
Not only this, but it seems like a quickly-created product that we don’t really know anything about. We don’t know where the ingredients are being sourced from. This is a big problem for me. Just because it has nettle root doesn’t mean it’s good quality nettle root.. for example.
My advice if you are looking for a product like this would be to look for another with similar ingredients… and preferably from a company that actually has a reputation.
As always, I hope I’ve provided you with some value in this review 🙂 Let me know what you think in the comment section below!
